Newton and Helen Harrison are part of the leading eco-art movement. Their art projects focus mainly on agriculture, watershed restoration and urban renewal. Rachel Carson's "Silent spring" is partially responsible for turning to this movement about the environmental destruction from industrial agricultural practices and consumerism. There work presents ways to challenge human intervention in the control of existing land and water usage. Even though I know this type of art is important and one should be aware off all situations, I did not find their work interesting but however I do find it informative.
