This is a piece done by Mary in 1978 entitled Perimeters/Pavilions/Decoys. Most of Mary's work is installation pieces done out doors at parks, schools, and in one case a landfill. Through her art she tries to combine awareness of environmental issues, architecture, and beauty all in one piece. I especially like this installment because we are usually looking up or at eye level when we view pieces and this forces you to not only look down but look into the heart of the earth below you.
